What is CBD and in what cases is it consumed?

As a regulator of pain perception and due to its benefits, it is used for the medical treatment of epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases (for example, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis), chemical dependencies, anxiety, psychosis, autism spectrum disorder, chronic inflammatory diseases such as chronic polyarthritis, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, accompanying chemotherapy and antitumor treatment.

This denomination is given to that substance that contains more than 1% of THC (Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol) in its composition.

According to the current legislation on the use of medicinal Cannabis in Peru, it is in the category of Controlled Substances, ceasing to be a prohibited product and that can be marketed with a prescription.

What is non-psychoactive Cannabis?

Non-psychoactive Cannabis is one that has less than 1% THC (Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol) in its composition and, like its derivatives, belongs to the category of Non-Controlled Substances.
