The prices that we charge for using our products and services for our products will be indicated through contact with our commercial advisors. Return and Refund Policy

Warranties and liability for products and services

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product we sell, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer shall have the right to a full refund when the product is returned to us.

We will pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.

Intellectual property, Copyright and logos

The Service and all materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related to them, are the exclusive property of OMC Pharma Medic SAC otherwise, OMC Pharma Medic SAC has the corresponding permits, licensing or treatment is given in accordance with the Law on the Personal Data Protection - Law No. 29733. These Terms, the rights and remedies provided herein, and any and all claims and disputes related to it and/or the products or services, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Peruvian State. All claims and disputes will be decided exclusively by the competent courts and judges of the Peruvian State. The application of the United Nations Convention Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
